Your Nesting Care Visit Includes:
The nesting package is catered for the first 48 hours post birth, after baby comes earth side. My intention is to offer deep nourishment while the body is asking for slowness, rest and replenishment in all the ways. I am on call to provide nourishment immediately following your birth.

Weekly meal plan. Includes 2 mains, 2 Snacks/Sides or Sweets, 1 Tea or Elixir.
Each main has about 4-6 servings
Snacks/ Sides & Sweets are made to last 1 week
Teas & Elixirs come in 1 liter mason jars
Price includes cost of ingredients, preparation & cooking time, meal delivery to your home
