ACTIVITIES:
Sexual Interactions
It is important to stay in your own energy to get the full benefit from your session. When we merge our energy with another in a sexual way, imprints are left with us, and it can cause confusion in your field when processing such deeply personal work. Please trust us on this one. It is best to stay in a clear and sovereign space for a minimum of 3 days leading up to & after this journey of deep self-discovery. This includes any kind of self-pleasure practice as well.
Be mindful of your use of technology, social media, and media in general. Keep your mind clear, surround yourself with loving and uplifting energy as much as possible, and focus on your intention as much as you can.

OTHER TIPS:
It's best to stop eating solid foods around noon the day of the ceremony. Coconut Water & bone broths, and gentle herbal teas are okay. If you are breastfeeding or have other needs for nourishment please communicate with a facilitator. It is important that you are well nourished if you need it.
Stay well-hydrated leading up to the ceremony, however it's best to slow down on drinking water a few hours before ceremony & take small sips.
Unless you are very experienced with this type of work, do not fast.
A good choice for a pre-ceremony meal would be fresh or steamed veggies, rice, quinoa, oatmeal with berries and non-dairy milk, etc. - something simple that will help you feel satisfied and grounded, but not too full.

::YOUR INTENTION::
Your intention is where it all begins. The spirit of Aya loves to be met in relationship. She responds well with clear intention & communication.
Intentionally preparing your body and mind for an immersive, life-altering, healing experience is vital to the process of true transformation. Where your attention goes, energy flows… and getting clear on what you are seeking in working with Grandmother will help her co-create the healing journey with you,
Without a clear intention, you may find it more challenging to receive the full healing potential of the ceremony or be motivated to make the necessary changes in your life to allow you to continue to grow, activate, and thrive.

Here are some questions to consider when formulating your intention…
What would be my ideal outcome from this experience?
What is my reason for wanting to do this?
Who do I want to become?
Is there a relationship or hurtful experience I want to heal?
What are my dreams & visions for my life?
What is getting in the way of full realization of my potential?
It is also important not to have rigid expectations. When you release attachment to the way that your intention is met, it creates space for the magic to unfold.

Integration, it is the most important part of the entire process.
BridgeWork: Bringing the messages, sensations, visions, experiences received in ceremony into your everyday life, into your relations & into your creations. This is the real work.
If you can take what you learned during the ceremony, and successfully integrate it into your life, it has the power to absolutely transform your world as you know it.
We will integrate together the mornings after ceremony. This will be an opportunity to verbally & somatically share & process your experience while we are still in the pulse together.
Treat yourself extremely well after ceremony, like you would a small child, because in many ways you may feel like one, and that you are re-learning new ways of being.
We recommend that you follow the dieta for a week or two after ceremony if you can.
We are here if you have any questions, please reach out if anything at all comes up. With you on this journey of life.
